There is no *absolute* objectivity in any field, as even mathematics starts with a set of axioms which cannot be proved or disproved. Objectivity can only exist within a given scope.

@woozle the consequences of those axioms can be determined objectively, but the axioms themselves are effectively arbitrary. Taking a class on number theory and building the real numbers from scratch was very eye opening.
