@amcooperI’m on hold with Kathy right now. Becoming more and more enraged. The hold music runs on a very short loop, like 60s, and sounds like low-rent Bruce Hornsby. I hope I can manage my emotions here.

@amcooperWell I hung up with Kathy and called my legislators who have good staffs. Said what I needed to say. Called the governor back and they’ve just given up due to unusually high call volume. I can only hope it’s about the mask ban.
