looks like I'm new to a lot of things here. could someone tell me what #birdCallOut and #SilentSunday are about?
@peregrinator The silent Sunday tag is usually used with nature or other tranquil photos on Sunday, without any text (but with alt text).
Sort of a timeline cleanser
@peregrinator #SilentSunday posts are supposed to be image-only posts (except for #AltText) that reflect a mood of solitude, quiet, abandon or introspection. Posted on Only on Sundays.
Some people can’t help being chatty, though, and add textual notes which may or may not add to the mood.
Don’t know the other hashtag but seems self-evident.
@mativity @peregrinator "can’t help being chatty" -- or maybe just don't know.
@_bydbach_ all they have to do is look at the other posts using the hashtag.
@mativity @peregrinator I don't think originally #SilentSunday was meant to be any more than photos only, any subject acceptable.
I found this origin story about it: "The only two rules are that the picture has to belong to the person posting it, and should be interesting and relevant enough without a caption."

@puppethead @mativity @peregrinator also, since thousands of people subscribe to the hashtag, what you've done here is the equivalent of hitting reply all on a broadly circulated email
@peregrinator Silent Sunday showcases calming images, similar to #BloomScrolling and I never saw the bird hashtag until now.
