#introductions I’m a 30-something lesbian mum & wife from Finland originally but living with my little family in #Scotland. 
My wife has been on Mastadon since forever and I decided I too wanted to chat with chill strangers about their day. I have a PhD in #linguistic (historical corpus linguistics specifically!) and even though I now have an alt-ac job as a learning technologist I still enjoy chatting about it. Also into sci-fi, fantasy, Victorian literature, Shakespeare, and baby names (not even to name my own children, I’m just a namenerd who loves talking about names in general).
