I just wanna know why there is no "disconnect" option so I can try again. It keeps getting stuck like this.

I suspect the wireless hub (the thing it's trying to connect to - is what's causing the disconnect in the first place; we've had trouble with it spontaneously going away even when used as a regular wireless hub.

Will try a different brand.
