I truly do not know where this image will appear, nor why 2:1 is a good aspect ratio for it.
It certainly does not show up as the favicon.
The /favicon.ico file doesn't show up as the favicon, either.
I can't find any information about this in the official admin docs [docs.joinmastodon.org], either either.
It would help if the official docs had a native search function, since they've taken it out of github which did have one. #softwareGripe
