like, everyone knows who the fuck chelsea manning is we don't need to keep deadnaming her inat every mention

@dn3s If basic human decency weren't enough reason, it's insulting to the readers at this point too. Either we only know her by her current name, and the deadname is useless information, or we already know she used to use a different name and don't need it shoved in our faces again.

...actually I can't remember her deadname, come to think of it, so I'm not sure what that does to my point but I'ma call it a good thing anyway?

@jamey yeah i mean it's beside the main point which is the sheer disrespect of it, but yeah, i don't like knowing / prefer to forget people's deadnames.

@dn3s I agree that my comment was beside the point; I just like to be able to give multiple reasons why people should do the right thing when they are otherwise not inclined to do the right thing, in hopes that one of those reasons will convince them...
