The open drivers don't allow me to use the scanner, so I have to use Brother's, and the process involves manually entering the printer's IP address.I cannot figure out how to find a printer's IP address. I have searched, and the instructions are pretty baffling.Any suggestions? Gaby :rainbow_heart: :debian:Pues lo he hecho. He eliminado Windows de mis dos equipos. Al final he encontrado las alternativas que buscaba y ya estoy harta de Windows 11. Lo primero, los requisitos, que ya todes lo sabemos así que me ahorro la explicación. Lo segundo y lo que más me ha molestado, han eliminado la compatibilidad con las gráficas de los procesadores de ambos equipos. TomHow do you guys manage your /etc/resolv.conf? Debian has removed systemd-resolv so that's not an option. mc.flyOn August 4 in 2010 i have set up a new mailserver that i called mail-2. Over the time this has been upgraded and it did actually work reasonable well. Tonight it finally got upgraded to bookwurm and therefore has seen 8 distribution upgrades. I prefer Fedora in many ways but this machine runs several instances of <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Klipper" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Klipper</a> in containers. The containers themselves are based on Debian and... wow... there is so much pain when it comes to dealing with USB in containers and it compounds when the distro host and the base images approach things differently.A mess of systemd units and fragile fixes in the container and host just aren't worth it.
