I don't know what the deal is with this network cable-tester. The diagrams clearly indicate that the lights should either be green, red, or unlit -- but what I get is a continuous strobe of yellow lights.

Can't find any detailed instructions that might say what that means.

It's the same on 3 different cables, one of which definitely works.

Battery tests definitely good (not even iffy).

Power indicator is also flashing yellow; no instructions to tell what that might mean, either.

Is this thing just defective, or what??
