Being spammed with new accounts this morning -- some of them may be genuine, and in any case there's no bulk account-removal tool, so I have to go through these manually

There is a tool to suspend all accounts that signed up with a given IP address, so that's something. It doesn't let you send a message, but I guess the assumption is it's the same person -- so if you sent a message for one of them, the person already knows?
