(I don't seem to be able to connect remotely, but wget on the same host gets an index.html file which looks like Redmine, so I guess that works.)

...but then don't say anything about httpd configuration. Like, what's the public HTML folder?

I'm guessing it's the public folder, but "guessing" kind of feels like a thing I shouldn't have to do.

Also, there's no index file, and there are dispatch.fcgi.example and htaccess.fcgi.example which clearly want to be copied and edited, but the install instructions don't mention them.

I guess I'll... guess.
