@nextcloud takes, like, half an hour just to scan for new changes in our main fileset. There's got to be a better way, surely? #softwareGripe (provisional)

Yeah, I've been getting frustrated with it myself -- not just the slowness, but also lots of other issues. The GUI is kind of terrible, and there are some underlying design decisions that never made sense to me.
It's still an improvement over any of the alternatives I've been able to find, but writing something better is on my do-list.
@woozle @nextcloud i appreciate nextcloud but it's quite slow for me too
