Yes, we have vegetation over 10".

Some of it is called "trees". Some of it is plants that we like. Some of it's lawn that I haven't had time to mow recently, but will get to.

And none of it is any of your business if it's not blocking the sidewalk.

And there isn't anything blocking the sidewalk, though there are a couple of areas that you might or might not be referring to, and I might agree.
