@ljwrites white people think yin and yang is a balance of good and evil because we (collectively, at least) think EVERYTHING is a balance of good and evil.
It's why centrism is soooo comfortable sitting halfway between "everyone has value and deserves rights and dignity" and.. literal fascism.
Destroy fascism? Noo, that just translates to "do evil to evil" and evil is bad, so instead we should balance good and evil, so we don't have to be evil all the time.
I don't know what I'm doing yet. I'll figure it out eventually.
