I'm in the process of going through it myself, so I'll be able to help other folks fill out the form as soon as I see the results of my application. But the Multnomah County Elections Division can help and there's a link for that in the PDF too!

Nope, it's very doable! Might be worth getting folks together and filling out the forms as a group if you know more than a few. We could have our own little voter registration party! :)
