I got to see a *male* calico cat today! This little kitten has XXY chromosomes, which happens in about 1 in 3,000 cats. Go intersex kitten, go!

The downside is that due to his genetics, he may develop health issues and not live for very long.

This lil sweetie is a total people person. He wants to be held all the time. He was sooo mad he was in a room without people to give him love and his tiny meows caught my attention. I got to hold him and he purred so much. This boy is spoiled with love.




A medium haired caljco stares out a door window. His little white paws are on the window sill. He has a white chest and nose. The fur on his head looks like someone painted it with watercolors: orange, creamy gray, lil black stripes, and spotty pink ears. His tail is orange with black spots.

Also he's even rarer than that. It's 1 in 3000 calicos that are male. So a tiny percentage of a small subset.
