The blue oyster mushrooms are getting big. Still no blue caps. I wonder how much bigger they'll get?

@polymerwitch thats super cool! What are you growing your mushrooms on?
@Satsuma this one has a sawdust substrate. In the past I've mostly grown button mushrooms on a vermiculite, coir, and manure substrate.
I'm trying to figure out good techniques on Blue Oysters so I can hopefully have a better shot with Lion's Mane next.
@polymerwitch I've grown oyster mushrooms several times now, and it's still amazing how big they get. Good luck with your growing! 😀
