life advice: timestamp your shell prompts

of course having said this i realize that my timestamps are generated when the prompt is set, and so could be wildly misleading for "when did i execute this command" purposes in a log or a pastebin.

this definitely goes on the yak queue.

@brennen Yeah, I've pondered that too. I'd love to get the prompt timestamp be updated when I run a command, as well as reporting how long the previous command took.

I suspect this is easier to achieve on Zsh than Bash, though.
