Update on my week of Emacs: I went back to Vim. It was just confusing for me. Also it's GTK. I hate GTK.
I just bought an Orange Micro Terror guitar amp. It's amazing. It's only 20 watt but I can gig with it if I had to, but It's small enough to sit in my night stand. With headphones I can jam on my guitar at night without pissing off the neighbors!
I started PT today. It was nice and not as painful as I expected. KInda wished I went on tour with my buds instead but what ever.
I've been a vim user most of my linux life. Tonight I'm going to use Emacs!
Found some potatoes growing under the sink that I had. Decided to grow them this year instead of start peppers. #easymode
I ran into an old coworker at a restaurant today. Made me kind of realize how much I hated being a pizza delivery driver despite only being one for 4 days before I fell and went on workmans comp. Gosh I need a new job.

Checking out FSF approved Linux Distributions. Most of them seem to be quite dead. I really like Trisquel but even it's "new" release is going to be old. But at least the browser is current so I can live with it.

Day before yesterday I went to the music store and accidentally bought a new guitar. It's by far the best I've ever owned or played, especially for the price.

1.7GB of RAM with a modern web browser is some bull dude. Everything is so heavy now. Mastodon made me meet Linux's OOM killer in person though, so that's kind of cool.

Downside is that I only have one 2gb stick of RAM in it. But yay!
After 16 hours of scouring mailing lists and tutorials I've come to accept the little bit of hope that what's wrong with my x200 is Libreboot doesn't like the RAM combo.
Vegetarian Sushi and Sake to numb the loss of a beloved x200 (until I can get a new mobo for $15 usd).
Bricked my x200. Doesn't help that multiple tutorials are different from each other and confusing.
